 I've just looked on the C'wood website and it says that tomorrow's training session will be closed to the media and the public after warmups.

Why would it be so? Is it because of the high number of injuries we seem to be carrying? It's just that it's school hols and I know that thatday for one was planning to head into town for a session, as were we. Surely it's one of the best times for younger barrackers to attend?

Maybe testing a few set plays for the Swans game

I'm wondering how its possible to have a closed session at Gosch's Paddock

I was wondering the same thing. Do they all run out for a few easy laps then run back into the Lexus Centre? Or do staff hold up canvas screens to achieve privacy? What about BF Pies posters all turning up and forming a protective huddle?

And if you're right, Chase, and you probably are, can't we all contribute our mite? We've had lots of good ideas on this board that have turned up elsewhere.:thumbsu:

i was looking forward to attending, but last time i went to a closed training session brad scott nicely asked me to put the camera away and piss off. Which i promptly did as an angry Brad scott and MM are two people i prefer not to deal with

Thought it best to stay away Opti. If Brad Scott - whoever he is - had spoken to me in those terms, I might have felt moved to chin him.

Nice to see they appreciate the fans.:o

he was actually poliet but the tone was camera away and ____ off , i understand his frustration he would have no idea who is a scout or who is a fan with a camera although i dont really look that old.

I was a little taken aback but it does make sense

You are too reasonable and forgiving Opti! I would have written a strong letter to The Age.:eek:

Nah, send Presti out to sign some autographs - while the hordes are distracted the other lads can get on with training. :)

Absolutely impossible for us to have a closed training session you'd think.

The only way would be to train at an undisclosed location...but locals would notice and give the location away anyway.
