what a tough decision! clement, rocca and burns all in the running as care taker coaches till we decide who is the better off fraswe, heath, pendles,thomas and co.

i tipped clement, but i would almost say burns deserves it more coz he has been in buckleys shadow for so long he is unnoticed!

2 years ago, I would have said Rocca without fear. But Clement would almost be a certainty next year, and then Heath Shaw and/or Scott Pendlebury further down the track. Heath has amazing leadership qualities, you could say it runs in his blood.

I agree 100% and think that pendles may just pip shaw , the way pendles played and flew the flag in the freo game showed alot imo.

Yep, although i agree with Stui's comments, Sir Scotty is a gem. I am sure he has been offered the top job in the past (due to Nathan's injuries) but i think he may be the kind of bloke who would pass it up.

Is a natural leader, even getting a reputation for it around the club. Good footy brain, courageous and very underrated by the unwashed masses IMO.

If Clement has at least 2 yrs after this then he is obvious choice, by which time I'd be looking at Heath Shaw.
Otherwise maybe bite the bullet and put him in early, maybe as co captain with JC for a year.
