He is still a rookie listed player regardless of if he is upgraded. He is still back up only. Of course he was upgraded, as we needed him just in case but he still is only the last resort, as what has happened. Understand?

yep, no doubt. The improvement has been very minor in reality. All we have done is taken the safest bets around at our pick in round 1, and gone with roughies or mature aged with the rest which have gained us either busts or nothing more than a 70-100 game vaguely serviceable player...

So since when does losing 70% of you games be considered "a few loses" . you could have possibly said "a few low quality wins against the few worst teams in the league" - but don't let the facts get in the way of you acting like the club is going swimmingly, because they told you so

7) White turned his back on us...same boat as Brad Ottens for me, the coin these guys are on is more than enough to live on, bit of loyalty to the team that gave you your career should be worth more than a loose 100K or two on top

I know what you mean when it comes to loyalty but sometimes money talks, money makes the world go round, in a normal world White and Ottens would of stayed but they didn't, they chose to leave for better money and fair enough too. Whilst we as in supporters see footy as a sport, players see footy as a job and so extra coin will make them take notice. Sad but true.

4) Club totally squibs it when a chance to honour a passed away great - ala when Jack Dyer died and again now with Hafey Yep, that f*****g sucked

5) Hardwick attempts to change the game plan to something the team that just won the flag just did ( i.e once again we react and copy, than create our one wheel ). Meh, most teams take on aspects of the successful sides

6) Hardwick proclaims Vickery the future of our forward line over Riewolt...Vickery then spends several weeks playing in reserves due to poor form, teamwork and attitude.Meh, I don't mind coaches trying things and putting the acid on Ty. And I am a fan of Jack's ability to read play up the ground. He's had some of the best score assists I've seen

7) Hit the recycled/mature age recruit bag with total utter insanity by recruiting Hampson, Banfield, Lloyd, Gordon, Edwards, Chaplin, Stephenson, Pettard, Thomas, Knights over a 2 year period... then let a unique to our list, loyal, tiger at heart stalwart like White walk as we can't offer him the contract he clearly deserved Meh. White is the same guy people were saying for 5 years - get rid of or trade. He is an OK player playing in a team that suits his strengths. Of the others, they cost us bugger all in terms of decent picks. It's not the problem

8 ) Riewoldt publicly critical of the game plan. Club over-reacts, then try's to play it as light hearted. Meh

9) Riewoldt then loses his shit when the camera's come for him and goes off like a running man hiding between cars and catching a train home - even though he drove to trainingActually, that made me laugh.

10) Captain comes out and proclaims the players think he is sot No they didn't

11) The Coach comes out and proclaims the players this he is soft No he didn't

12) a matter of only days later, the clubs backs up those honest very public feedbacks with a total piss poor performance against a hated arch rival. That f*****g sucked. Yes, sometimes you lose, but it was the lazy unnaccountable midfield that made want to punch something.

That list of totally ridiculous & embarrassing unprofessional chain of events is why supporters have laughed at us for decades. We implode. We have no idea how to handle any success, poorly copy other clubs cultures & always end up where we began - nowhere.

Is it just me or is the above totally nuts???? it was 12 months ago we had a young squad competing like a top 4 team with a club culture and attitude to back it up??? How the hell does this always happen?? Bloody good question. Weren't sure how we'd go this year, but in no way expected this.

The club is struggling. I'm not trying to find a silver lining or anything, I just find it funny that as Richmond supporters who have lived through the last few decades, people are throwing a tantrum over a poor season!

I just hate the Tiger BF reaction to players and coaches after a loss. Its like people who are mean and disrespectful to you're own family members, just not on.

Instead we now have about 10 2nd hand / recycled players that are not up to it.... "go us"

And you are a total dick if you a being critical @ white's loyalty. Tiger his whole life and would have accepted a lot less money to stay with us - we were just too obsessed with signing Conca & Martin to see that.

They are bad mouthing the coach publicly - they are privately questions the strength and hardness of the coach and captain. Why has this happened? Was it a few personnel leaving like McGuane, Nahas & White who may have had a bigger impact on the morale than we anticipated? Was it the lack of strength shown by the club dealing with Martins, contract & Connor issues as well as Kings bikie stuff? We really can't even blame injuries as they have not been a huge factor, especially from a club that apparently had dealt with its depth problem by recruiting all the above said players - So where has this fractured club problem come from? Its not even June yet and the year is already a total disaster and a lost cause - this IS a worst case scenario and their is absolutely NO EXCUSE of "bad luck" or "Injuries" - The wheels have juste come right off!
