Didn't like the planetarium episode but the Law and Order episode was brilliant.

It is these kinds of episodes which will never allow the show to go stale, so much diversity.

Yeah, the planetarium episode wasn't great, but I still enjoyed it. What I really don't understand is the love for Remedial Chaos Theory. What did I miss in that episode?

Didn't like Remedial Chaos Theory? I thought it was brilliant.

The whole 'darkest timeline' scene was comedic gold.

Evil Troy and Evil Abed.

I don't really know. It had some funny moments, but all the episodes do. Maybe I just didn't really like the different timelines concept. But I was really surprised to see all the gushing reviews, both on here and on TV review websites. It could just be that I need to re-watch it.

Second half of season 1 to first half of season 2 is my favourite.

The show became too obsessed with conceptual ideas and parodies rather than using the setting of a community college and the character relations to drive the comedy.
Yup.

L&O parody was good though, mostly because I am a massive junkie for the early seasons. They just nailed it.

The hotdog stand bit was spot on, as too was the courtroom twist. I can't wait for the triple episode on the 17th.

Abed - "Starburns wanted me to have his ashes. He wants me to cremate them.I don't think he understood the concept of ashes" :D

The Dean -"More bad news for Jeff and the study group.I'll have to pick out a costume" :D

The ending seemed more of a season ending cliff-hanger.Will they or won't they be back ?

The new episode was great, lots of the jokes felt like season two community when it was at its best.

Also could starburns one armed lawyer be evil Jeff? I think there will defiantly be lots of darkest timeline stuff coming up.

Just came on to post the same thing! Abed pointed out to Troy which arm it was as well...the same one that evil Jeff was missing.

How would they pull off something so conceptual like alternate dimensions coming together?

Wasn't a great episode, only by this season's standards though. It will be very interesting if they do link it with the the timelines.

Just started watching this the other day, and I absoloutely love it. I watched the first 2 seasons in just under 3 day.

Ill probably wait for season 3 to finish then have another viewing marathon.

"Troy and Abed in the Morrrrnnning" <3

Just watched Remedial Chaos Theory again, and when Britta gets the pizza she falls in love with the same pizza guy. He also asks about the different timelines. This show is incredible.

EDIT: Also just noticed that Tro-Bed's apartment is number 303, the same as the room in The Matrix which of course is about alternate realities and the like.

I thought the room number was in reference to the episodes being in the wrong order?

That only felt like half an episode. And I have no idea why.

I think it was because of the somewhat disjointed nature of the episode. Having the episode itself show the five stages of grief meant Chang-ing the pacing of the scenes, which leads to people watching not settling as easily and therefore thinking that it went very quickly.
