Congrats to the Blues today. Amazing pressure, wouldn't let us get a run on at all. Outclassed us in every way today........forward structure, disposal, intencity, pressure - all above what we could muster today.

Judd reminded us today exaclty who the best player in the comp in full flight is.

We are all pretty rapt with the win as you could imagine but i think Geelong will still be very hard to beat come September. I hope we play this well next week and pummel the crud that is Collingwood.

I echo the sentiments in the OP and wish to offer my congratulations on a comprehensive victory today. I still thought we had a glimmer of hope there in the last quarter, but if we did manage to get the chocolates, it'd have been daylight robbery, as you thoroughly deserved the win.

I also hope the injury to Walker isn't serious and we can see him running around sooner rather than later. He absolutely thrashed Hawkins today, and the game is better when the best players are running around. Unfortunately for Walker, he hasn't been able to do that as often as you guys would like.

It's always great to win, but it's far more fulfilling when it's against the best team in the comp!
Love the way the Cats play the game and reckon nearly all their players are full of class (i even forgave Milburn many years ago, and actually am a bit of a fan of his even though SOS was my fav!!).

Here's hoping we can produce the same form against the Pies next week!

Personally i beleive the geelong supporters should be applauded for there class after a loss, well done and Thank You.
