As much as it pains me to say it , congratulations to the WCE for their win on the weekend.
It was a good, old fashioned arm wrestle, with the umpires not really getting in the way at all (from my point of view), and no dodgy incidents overshadowing the play.
The Eagles converted, the Lions didn't - the Eagles deserve the win.

Cheers mate. We certainly have your number of late. Winning our last 3 against the Lions including our demolition up at the GABBA. We have a long season ahead of us now though...

Um......last two.

We won late in 2002 at the Gabba.

last 3 now, 2 last year(subi and gabba) and this year. You got the 3 premierships but so whos counting.

Nah it's last 2.

We only played them once last year, at the Gabba.

We had previously lost the Gabba game towards the end of '02 and beat them well at Subi earlier in '02.

I've seen 3 thrown around a lot this week, but it IS 2 wins in a row.
