I'm waiting for another Melbourne/ Essendon GF. Hopefully not that far away.

Was nice to get one over Essendon. Its been a while coming. We also seem to only meet once a year, but with the supporters around me today I wont be complaining. They were yuck individuals.

Essendon sure have some good players coming through, and just like us with a few too many injuries the sh1t can hit the fan and some substandard guys get games. You missed Pears today, who I wish was at Melbourne because along with Frawley would make a hell of a defensive duo or trio with Garland. Of course you missed Fletcher as well and I think your backline will battle without him at times like our midfield does without McDonald for us.

I think the Melbourne Football club is certainly going in the right direction.. You have some quality footballers coming through your system with the likes of the highly recognizable Trengove and Scully to the lesser known guys like Jordie Mckenzie and Kyle Cheney. Add to that some experienced guys like Jamar, Bruce and Green and you have a good mix of players, whilst match winners like Davey and Silvia are the cream on the cake.

The Melbourne football club is returning serve after a tumultuous past few years both on and off the field.

Well done guys and good luck for the rest of the year and beyond.
