I am copping a bit of good natured flak, about the Geelong game, from my workmates. The worst two happen to support Brisbane and Essendon.
Just wondered if you guys, experience the same thing, either at work,or within
your social group?

I work with a Collingwood supporter and we constantly give each other a hard time. Unfortunately we made a bet for the last swans/pies game where the loser had to use a picture of the winners choosing (football related) as their windows wallpaper at work for the following week. I ended up with the w***er, decked out in his Collingwood gear, giving the thumbs up as my wallpaper. I had a lot of fun with the Shaw/Didak incident last week though.

Ill bet you did! Did he see the nodding heads e-mail? The worst bugbear for
my co workers at the moment is how a Scottish guy can keep his 2nd position
on the tipping ladder. I keep telling them that i love the game, despite not being
brought up with it!

meh... what could either of them^^^ have to crow about?????:o

Tip: If the going gets tough ....seek out Richmond fans!!!;)

Oh.... Most of my lot are ignorant bandwagonners ... they say sometimes on Monday morn "did the Swannies win"????

That ? has known to be fatal!!!:D

I was out Saturday night so he recorded the Swans game for me and labelled it, "Swans Get Out of Jail" gave it to me Sunday morning, and I told him to wait for the Tiger's result, and as predicted, they got walloped. :)

Nice one. Ill bet that result wiped a smile off his face! The latest pun from my
workmates is that Ablett is going to rack up 60 possesions on Sat night!

I haven't seen him since the result - parents are separated - but going to the Cats game with him this Saturday (He's an adopted Swans supporter, has membership, but considering Tiger's membership next year instead).

Everyone at my work goes for Carlton. There's 8 of us working on any particular night and 7 are Blues fans. I wore my scarf to work the other week when we beat them by two points, it was a very happy moment :D.

Good one! I have a small Swans flag next to my machine. When we lose its lowered to half mast, and of course when we win its raised up! With this weeks
important game the flag is set in between. But my workmates have been lowering the flag as soon as my back is turned. In all probability we will lose.
But if we lose graciously without a thrashing, that bloody flag is going up!
If we somehow manage to win, thats it,will wear Swans jumper for the week!!
