There was a case of a guy in Hospital I think NY who was in for what they thought was a strokeVery good news, the scare around asymptomatic covid spreaders put to bed.
of course the scare was based on lies and bad science, but as per usual in this covid era people who questioned that narrative were made to feel bad and ostracized, in fact medical professionals who questioned it were shunned and deplatformed by both the MSM and social media.

“The sources that claimed that the coronavirus would infect during the incubation period lack scientific support for this analysis in their articles,” says a document with frequently asked questions the agency posted on its website yesterday. “This applies, among other things, to an article in [NEJM] that has subsequently proven to contain major flaws and errors.” Even if the patient’s symptoms were unspecific, it wasn’t an asymptomatic infection, says Isaac Bogoch, an infectious disease specialist at the University of Toronto. “Asymptomatic means no symptoms, zero. It means you feel fine. We have to be careful with our words.”
He ended up giving it to health workers in 2 hospitals as they transferred him from to another.
I suppose he was asymptomatic in the past interpretation of no "flu like" symptoms but not in the literal in that a stroke is a symptom of CV19
