I'm not going to say Cory is gay but I will say that I doubt anyone would be surprised if he was.

Right wingers throw around terms like cultural Marxism or cultural relativism like they actually know what it means.
Looks like he can dish it out but can't take it.

You might be right. Have you ever seen American Beauty? Kevin Spacey's next door neighbour was always threatening to or beating up his son because he didn't want him to be gay. Later in the movie he releases his hidden homosexuality when he tries to kiss Kevin Spacey.
I reckon the author borrowed the idea from Last Exit to Brooklyn.Poor Cory, the precious flower.Looks like he can dish it out but can't take it.

And I like Daniel Andrews' thoughts on the matter.
What a load of wank by Andrews. How about getting the trains running, you muppet.
Haven't seen it but not sure that I am right, just thought it was an interesting concept. You might be right. Have you ever seen American Beauty? Yeah, because trains are the only important thing in a society. What a load of wank by Andrews. How about getting the trains running, you muppet.

Which part, of the comment by Andrews make it a "load of wank", exactly?
It's a string of straw men linked together by motherhood statements.
eg
The assumption that the intention is to have the program shut down.
The implication that if you disagree with aspects of the Safe Schools program then you don't want kids to be safe at school.
The accusation that if you disagree with aspects of the Safe Schools program then you are offended by the kids it is aimed at.
The accusation - 'they don't like the fact that some kids might be different'.
The claim that Cory Bernardi said 'teenagers are too young to know about love and care and acceptance'.

There are all sorts of excuses floating round about this from apologists, kids don't need it, they're too young to understand, cultural relativism/Marxism, kids will feel pressured (to be what I don't know), they should be learning the three r's, but the fact is, it is homophobia from the knuckle dragging, god bothering, wing of the Liberal Party that has forced this issue. Anybody who suggests otherwise is fooling themselves.
A lot of labor supporters wish that Joe Bullock would crawl back in the hole he came out of. He's a part of the labor which puts off a lot of australians switching. Greens must adore him wielding so much power. Probably accounts for a few thousand votes for themLast time I checked Joe Bullock was in the Labor Party.
Western Australian senator Joe Bullock has since called for the program to be "immediately stopped".
Senator Bullock told News Corp it was a terrible program.
"This program is so narrowly focused on homosexual issues that it doesn't provide the sort of balance one would hope," he said.

Do you think that posters who think Cory is out of order consider this because he is a Lib?Last time I checked Joe Bullock was in the Labor Party.

Really good point. I truly can't remember the last time taking a train anywhere but can distinctly remember the last time a child was bullied because of their sexuality.
