Here's me being extra harsh and prehaps a bit more realistic than most assessments of our list from a Blues supporter:

Blackwell won't make it, nor will Bentick as both are too slow and have disposal issues. Slow and disposal issues equals death for an AFL footballer. Russell will likely end up as a Wiggins style bit player. Jackson has the potential to be a great tagger but is unlikely to be a gamebreaking star. Hadley is slow and has dodgy knees. Walker can't kick. Scotland is a HBF, not a midfielder. Stevens is coming back from a year out of the game, we don't know if he'll get back to his best and who knows how much longer he'll play.

We only really need one ruck star, that's all any club needs, and I'm betting between Hampson, Aisake, Jacobs and Setanta we have one of those in the future.

We really need another midfield star or two despite getting Judd, if we are to win number 17.
