as much as $7 for El Sugundo... missed a lot of great opportunities today. For Haradasun to be so firm but not El Sugundo who is a Mooney Valley specialist and kicks Haradasuns but every day of the week

Great race... well deserved after last year. Its interesting how in this race the horses perform consistantly year to year even though there are 365 days inbetween and a lot apparently changes during that time.

ie. fields of omaha and el sugundo the last two years.

Your loss, i was on.... but i was on about 4 others in that race as well, paid great.

Believe it or not I backed the old fella...when I found Pacino was scratched I went for the wish and hope bet...he was my only winner for the day...only got $8.50 off the bookies (yes I know the tote paid more)

I dont think I woul dhave backed him if not for this thread and someone relaying Williams confidence

I wish I got on at 41-1 for the MC but I was deeply worried about his first up run and lack of preperation...turns out he is on well and truly track
