well here's an incredibly simple idea that lets them stay the NAVY BLUES
all i did was add white to the back which would stop clashed with st. kilda, melbourne, freo, most other teams the afl say carlton clash with. but then again the afl would be too stuborn to accept it

Awesome template! I'll be using that more often.
I think the designs are fairly ordinary. Not enough originality and a bit bland.

Fair enough.
I've got an idea. I won't be doing it yet. I'm thinking a white background (of course) with an enlarged navy "CFC" monogram on a 45 degree angle situated in the bottom right corner with half of it on the front and half on the back.

Im not really a jumper expert, but maybe make the back all white and do navy blue numbers
