Hey all, we will be interviewing DMac tomorrow night for CrowCast and would like to cover things that you guys might be interested in.

Please post your (sensible) question requests here and we'll get to as many as we can during the interview.

Note, the club has shown great support to get these interviews going on a regular basis this year, so please be respectful in these and future suggestions. No smack talk allowed.

Fire away!

Well. This is a curve-ball.

I'll start simply: Who's your tip to break out this season?

Do you read big footy?
Where do you see your best position (please don't say happy to play where needed)

Given we have seen you play a more contested role under Sando and spent time in defence at the beginning of 2015 in what role or position do you feel you play your best footy?

Is this thread taking the piss?

Surely we aren't interviewing DMack, if we wasn't aware of Big Footy he will be now and it's likely to send him into depression.

Anyway, one question, whose idea was it for a 4 year deal?

"Over the last 2-3 years you've played a few roles without being able to really put your spot beyond doubt in any of them. Pyke has stated flexibility in players is a key to success and Teague mentioned you doing more inside work. Where do you think you play your best football and would you prefer to lock a spot in and concentrate on that role. Or is this now a thing of the past?"

"You played a couple of SANFL games last year to recapture a bit of form. In the last few years you've probably only played a few SANFL games, can you describe the difference, if any, from playing in a Crow's reserves team with guys you know and train a lot with. Would you think it's a positive for young players just starting their journey at the club?"

"Has one of our respected players ever accidently grabbed your hand to run through the banner thinking you're the Crows kid of the day?"

I'd focus on the coaches - he's played under Craig, Sanderson, Walsh now Pyke. Differences, memories, first impressions. Why they did/didn't work out, legacy.

Player perspective on the big issues that have engulfed club - Tippett, Rendell, Dangerfield, Bailey/Walsh.

Spare a thought for the interviewer thanks
I thought my question was a subtle one but perhaps could be re-worded, did the club want to secure him long term or did he want the security of a long term contract?

Then finish with what were the club thinking!

Good. First impression when you were drafted to Adelaide, where you stayed. How you found the place and how you settled in the environment.

This is why you can't have new things :p

DMac ? Haha really?
1. What's the funniest sledge you've ever heard on a footy field?
2. Who is the most difficult opponent you've played on.
3. Now that Jaensch is gone, who is the class clown/pest at the club?
4. In terms of strategy, how many hours a week do we spend looking at the next team we play?

As a sledgehammer

I am a but disappointed with a couple of people being complete campaigners in this thread, despite being told not to in the OP.

I'd like to ask how he finds Adelaide and does he miss Melbourne at all.

And also his biggest influence as a kid.
