Ive been checking Kayo and Foxtel for any cheap deals heading towards footy season. Unfortunately Kayo just upped the pricing.
Current offers for old Kayo customers who aren't eligible for free months....

Through AFC website
Digital membership
12 months $280 for 1 screen standard or $375 for 2 screens and 4k

Direct Kayo (per month)
29.99 for 1 screen standard
45.99 for 2 screens and 4k
But from what i've read on the forum, Kayo is a little glitchy.

Foxtel satellite
Sports package $30 on top of Basic $78 plan per month.

They have various other options with streaming, but some don't offer Saturday footy. You'll need to read the fine print.

You should be able to get fox (with sports) for in the $50s or $60s. Ring up and don’t take the offers they first give you.

Worked for us, was paying $71.18, rang up in December and said it was getting too expensive considering we only watch Sport mainly and that we were thinking of cancelling, operator then said leave it with her and she'd get back to us in a while. Upshot was as long term subscribers (Platinum) they would leave us on the same package for a further 2 years and until March pay $46.18 then the price would go up to $49.18

Has anyone got their physical (or digital) membership packs yet? Feel like this is super super late compared to previous seasons

Just looking old. He’s in his 60’s now with diabetes. He lost a toe ithink.
Thought it would be a McGuinness that would be losing extremities.

If it brings comfort to anyone, Adam Simpson (on SEN) today had Adelaide 5-1 after Gather Round.
He also has Freo & Port on the same number.

Would be some effort with a few injuries and tough draw

If we were offered 3-3 right now, would you take it?

I wouldn't be banking on it with our tough start & injuries.

4-2 would be a good result... 3-3 likely.

The Adelaide Football Club has recorded an operating surplus of $5.21m for the AFL financial year ending October 31, 2025.

Only 18.5 years until we have paid off Thebarton.

It’s an excellent result, can’t recall the list time we cracked $5m+ operating profit.

Note that a key item was max investment in player and soft cap. Do we infer that we’ve saved a few pennies in the past in these areas?

If we did not spend the full soft cap in '24, the rules allow for up to $100k to be rolled into '25.

If we then spent the full cap in '25, that's up to a $200k swing there, which goes towards an incoming Davis. Who knows though how much we actually under spent, was it the full $100k?

In addition, the soft cap increased 400k in 2025 and 20% of coaching director's pay not longer sat under the cap starting 2025.
