For sure. No doubt. Sherridan as someone else has said is Jimmy Walker Mark II. Not terrible but he's not amazing. We have to be careful that our squad doesn't become too vanilla. Too one paced or too full of average guys that don't make terrible mistakes but also can't turn a game either.

Crozier is a guy that we should definitely give time to. It might not be this year (some will say it should be) but guys like DeBoer and maybe Suban are going to make way for Crozier, Weller and Blakely. They are super exciting players. The sooner that it is practical to get them into our best 22 the better.

150 game player with our club. Life member.

You just further prove my point. Vanilla can start to dominate if we aren't careful. If we had to lose one of the two I'd keep Crozier and trade Sheridan.

Suban has played over 100 games too.

James Walker wouldn't have got a game with any other AFL club in his era. He couldn't play.

Proving my point again.

I am saying that if we are not brave as a team and look beyond the vanilla we could be in trouble. Sheridan is still young enough to break out but right now his playing style is not too far removed from Jimmy Walker.

I'd prefer our team to be brave. What will happen is still to come.

I don't understand why people want to trade Sheridan. He can actually hit targets and supposedly has a big tank, wouldn't he be an upgrade on Suban?

I dont want to trade him. My comment was more about if we did have to lose one. I'd prefer to keep both.

No way that Sheridan currently has Subans hardness though.

I think if we put Sherro in Suban's midfield role it would be a net positive for the team.

Mind you we could replace Suban with an actual crab and it'd be a 50/50 call who played better.

I like sherro a lot and real rate Croz too, how ever fast loosing faith in Croz becoming a quality league player.
Been disappointed in him all season.

Would love to see him get some extended runs through the midfield however, I think hes been played in the wrong position predominantly.
