Re-Joyce: Gold Coaster signs contract extension

Surely he gets upgraded to the main list now as well?? Which would mean one less pick in the draft to make.

Can they extend the rookie contract?Yeah reading the article again it does'nt state if he will be upgraded or if they have extended his rookie contract.
Negative. Rookies can be contracted for a maximum of two seasons, with each contract being for a season at a time. Can they extend the rookie contract?
i thought they have to be either upgraded or delisted once their rookie contract is up?

Joyce has a two year deal, all but confirming that he's getting an upgrade to the senior list.

So that's minimum 4 players needing to leave or be delisted
3 through the draft plus Joyce
Keough stiffTape , Russell , Keough and Stanley been given there marching orders. all delisted.
Keough stiff
Absolutely no problem with these names at all.Tape , Russell , Keough and Stanley been given there marching orders. all delisted.
Russell and Tape were the obvious ones. I don't care about rookies because their impact on us were minimal, but I'm interested to see what we end up doing with the uncontracted non-delistees.
That's 4 confirmed open senior spots now.
What sets us apart is the fact Tape, Russell and Stanley were still on our list 6 years later.Problem is for us they are delistings instead of trades. That's what sets us apart from gws
Russell, Tape and Stanley were good clubman and were serviceable however i do feel like Tape and Russell didn't live up to their potential. Am i right in saying that Lynch, Swallow and Day are the only two remaining players from the original 2010 draft now that Prestia and Tape are gone.
