Thing is though, with the goal he coughed up, who didn't think it was going to happen when he was running to the ball?

What does Pyke's wry, bemused smile mean?Thing is though, with the goal he coughed up, who didn't think it was going to happen when he was running to the ball?
Never said he wasn't courageous, I'm actually implying that he's very courageous but his size and limitations make him look like a boy amongst men. That’s not why he’s no good though. He’s actually quite courageous for someone of his slight build.
His problem is his skills are just ok, and his footy brain is a couple of rungs below ok.
When you’re that size, those two things need to be on point. And with him, they aren’t, they never have been and they never will be.
What does Pyke's wry, bemused smile mean?
Was it a 'You've cost us for the last time, D-Mac. Clean out your locker' smile?
Or was it a 'Wow, what a day. Even D-Mac is making errors' smile?

The only thing that I’d be remotely happy with (if they keep him) is if he is delisted and redrafted as a rookie.. if they give him another year, without making him a lowly paid rookie, and keep Murphy as a rookie I’ll ****in melt. This is not a reaction to yesterday but part of a cross-board look at our list. I hope we dont re-sign him any longer than 1 year at a time or we offer him up for trade or let him go.
I was watching the movie Watchmen tonight, original story by Alan Moore, one of the gods of English Literature. Between he and Neil Gaiman the rest can go home.
I saw something very disturbing in the closing credits.
On this basis, he can no longer be in the team

Hopefully it was his "I'm going to get dude316 to gif this and I am going to put Benny Hill music to it for a great match review segment" smile
I might add the music myself if i get time later on.

Imagine having this senior player leading by example in the opening minutes of a grand final.I missed yesterday’s game. But I saw thehighlowlights reel on the news, and that incident where Mackay could not get the ball across the line for a behind, should have been the one that stamped his card forever.

Not one drop of pressure on him that entire time his was fumbling like a D grader..

No thanks. It terms of AFL standard Mackay hovers between poor and average, in other words his best is average. We can get that level of performance from a lot of first round picks barely out of the draft, this means he's easily replaced. Furthermore, a rookie spot can be put to better use trying to find someone better. I wish Mackay well in the future, if that means him moving to another club then so be it, but it's best we made a clean break. The only thing that I’d be remotely happy with (if they keep him) is if he is delisted and redrafted as a rookie.
Go "The Crushers". The best of the bunch is playing for Melbourne.Mackay will end up a reflection on an embarrassing period for our club.
Sure was elite. Not many AFL players would pull that sort of move offThing is though, with the goal he coughed up, who didn't think it was going to happen when he was running to the ball?
