On the plus side Lyon may actually realise that Goddard is a good footballer and play him in the middle also, instead of a half back flank.

I've had enough bad luck already this season with C.Cornes, Chapman, Burton and Bradshaw all missing chunks of the season for me so good to see this happen to a player I don't have for a change!

What is it with coaches who go to StKilda? They arrive there and get dumber. GT a great example. He wound up going on a diet consisting of eating his own brains and lost 20kg in a month. Fools all!

Awesome long kick of the footy, has a bit of dash and size and not afraid to get his hands dirty.
As a supporter and a supercoach, he has massive value in the middle i recon. You hit it on the head.

Now there's no chance now he can come back till after the break...would simply make Lyon look even dumber. He's now committed himself to playing a lesser list next week no matter what...and they only scraped in coz freo are simply woeful.
