I'm not offering an opinion as to who I think took the photos. The point is that there are two conflicting reports and SEN is only broadcasting one.

Their reason for this is 'Riewoldt's reputation', which is extremely weak.

Schwass on SEN actually said he was being fair and balanced by saying that Nick Riewoldt is partly to blame for Gilbert taking the shots. :rolleyes: The point however is that nobody knows for sure who took the pictures.

Naive you. Gilbert has acknowledged Riewoldt's account. The girl is an emotionally unbalanced attention seeker and a liar. Do your homework!

You're getting emotional, and missing the point.

My comments are not based on my opinion. SEN not only accepted one story over another, they broadcast it as established fact, which it is not.

Yes Sam ...the significant breach of privacy is keeping photo's of naked team mates (see captain) when you have been asked to delete them ..and saying you had deleted them .

I've been pissed and stoned out of my mind with mates in my younger years but I NEVER put my hand within 3 inches of their dicks.
 
This whole thing is a pretty sad affair. The girl clearly has mental problems. That the media continues to indulge her, basically enabling her to continue acting like this, is pretty disgraceful.

On top of that, you'd think footballers wouldn't have so much trouble with the ladies they have to resort to pulling a clearly unstable 17 year old girl. They should know better, honestly. Sadly, it's just further proves the arrested development theory. Most footballers probably aren't much older than 17 in their minds.

Sounds like you and i are the exception ..because a lot of posters on here claim to have done the very same thing while on player trips .

I am thankfull i only went on player trips where the object was to drink lots and get close to naked women ..not each other :eek:.

I agree, didn't want em near mine or did I have an interest in theirs, footballers are different though.

It's already been shown that Riewoldt's version of events is the truth, the hotel room matches a hotel in Miami and Gilbert also backs up his story.

You're about the only one left that's still trying to give her side of the story any credence. You only have to look at her video to realise she is an attention seeking moron.
 
Alright, I wasn't going to fuel this fire but after watching that video I have little doubt that Kim is bluffing about the other 19 pictures and she doesn't seem particularly stable.

I knew Kim around eight years ago. I went to her house, met the parents and her sister as we were kind of a 'couple' (in an innocent, child-like sort of way) at that time. I can recall her parents were having problems of their own. Her Mum was having a nervous breakdown because her sister was quite ill and Kim did mention an affair (this was a while ago and a lot of it went over my head at that age so I'm not sure on details.)

Aside from social media, I haven't communicated with Kim since then but for those wondering about her upbringing and her parents I thought I'd share that. The video shows she needs some help and I hope she gets it before she does damage to herself or anyone else.

Nevermind, as I said, you're emotional and reading something else in my posts.

Even if this girl turns out to be Hitler reincarnated, SEN had no reason to report Riewoldt's story as fact.

This is also something SEN had no knowledge of. As they admitted they don't 'know her from a bar of soap'.

Yet they took Riewoldt's story and used it as established fact.
