Not feeling as confident about smashing the Hawks tomorrow as I'd like to..We still haven't rolled them for yonks, and they are starting to get players back in their side...

Alas if we don't treat them with respect, especially their midfield and Buddy and Roughie we could have troubles...

There a very few games now that you will win if you dont come out with intensity and are switched on. Hawks are still dangerous and if we dont play well and have a flat game we will get rolled dont worry about that. Allthough the Hawks are playing crap if they find form they will be hard to beat.

On current form we are 5 goals better but form changes very quickly in the modern game. Big danger game no doubt tomorrow and i see it as a 50/50 Clash.

Every game is a danger game now.

In a way, I'd prefer it to be a close struggle, rather than us smashing the Hawks to pieces, because it'll be great to see how we respond to pressure. We've been great when we make a jump on a team at the outset (e.g. Saints, Cats, Bleakmond, Floodelaide), but struggled when things have been tight initially (Dons, Pies, Retreads). Thought the Port win was VERY important, because they were "on" initially, and we had to work very hard to fight our way back, and then maintain the lead. We've rarely been able to do that.

Well yeah maybe, they have class allover the park and if we even switch off for 20 minutes or so it could be game over. Hopefully we are more mature now with some good winds under the belt need to continue with form.

They have their strongest side for the year while we are missing a few. They have the nucleus of a flag side in there, so it is just a matter of finding the switch.

We have to take advantage of their backline because their forward line will cause us headaches.

Not sure if I subscribe to the "they have quality all over the park" theory. Have a look at their selected backline for example - it's ordinary. Add in Young on the wing, Skipper on the bench. Yes they have a few excellent players, but there's lots of holes in that lineup. Their forwardline is the danger though - no question. Apart from Hooper and Peterson, they have some real quality there.

Anyway, we gotta be switched on regardless of who we play.

Richmond almost beat them if we can't beat them what does it say about us

This chain of thought means SFA. The Demons allmost beat the Pies to and we copped a 50pt defeat to those pricks.

Every week is a different scenario and some teams match up differently to others and play a different style of footy. Make no doubt about it we will need to be switched on to beat them. If we come out with little to no intensity we can drop this game. Tackle count will be a massive stat and if we win this i will be confident we will take out the game.

We have to beat their ruck smash their midfield. Our midfield have to come out more switched on than they did against Port.

If we beat them in ruck and midfield we will kill them, their backline is shot and the Three Amigos and Setanta will have a party, even Hendo could kick a few while we play keepings off Buddy and Roughie.

They're killing us at the moment. I hope my psychic abilities are proved wrong..

Henderson is ordinary as usual. Johnson is just plain ordinary, or below.

I am psychic. Predicted it. I also predict that Global Warming is getting worse because bogans are denying it.

Henderson did OK, but Johnson, he's a bit of rubbish.

We really missed Waite, Bower and dare I say it Houla and Walker. The other fill-ins we have just aren't good enough.
