Doesn’t surprise me, he’s basically an extra tall defender for us. His work across the ground since 2024 has been outstanding, a fair effort considering he wasn’t even our first choice ruckman during the 2023 finals.

Agree, he is allegedly paid between 400 and 500k. Not only will there be offers from other clubs but we will have to take a bit of a salary cap hit if we want to match bids. He deserves a pay rise. Weird when you think that we were paying the likes of Josh Thomas in the region of 600k and WHE was on huge money after 2018.

Bizarrely, he’s =6th among rucks for intercept marks this year. Hardly setting it alight (DC and TDK are head and shoulders above the rest), but seemingly improved in this small sample size

I'd be giving Cameron a pay increase for this footy year to see if we could lock him in.

Is this just a media beat up? There's way too many "journalists" in this industry and they've all got to write/talk about something. Surely the club locks him away for a few years. Should have been AA last year and is in excellent form again this year.
