Davenport the new King?

Geelong's wikipedia page is showing what looks to be an updated list.

Obviously this will change again in the wake of the draft, but it looks like Davenport is the new King! (1)

Somebody was saying how King personally gave davenport his blessing to wear #1, but there's been no official declaration of this anywhere. Wikipedia had "Michael Auld" listed as a GFC All-Australian for 1991-92, and Al Pacino listed as an International Rules representative as well (both since deleted). Not exactly the pinnacle of credibility, which is the major downfall of the encyclopedia ANYONE CAN EDIT!!!!!.

davenport doesnt deserve to wear number 1. he hasnt even proved himself at afl level and is virtually an unknown. why give an un known #1 in a reigning premiership side?

give it to someone who deserves it.

Dav hasn't gotten #1, no one has yet. The person on Wiki is just assuming it because it's likely.
When and if he gets #1 it'll be on the Geelong site.

Yes , Nothing has been chosen yet or at least announced , Wouldnt believe that story guys. But if he did get it, good luck to him, that would be a great honour. dont think you really have to do anything as Sarah said.
