Toast Davey and Jetta.

How good are these two performing at the moment? Finally these two are playing good football at the same time and not only creating goals, but also kicking them. They showed glimpses together in early 2007, but since then I've felt they've been a poor tandem and could only afford to play one. Currently a lethal pairing and I look forward to more from Froggy and the Jet-man.

spot on. their pressure is amazing. just hope they keep it up.

It's unbelievable how good they both are right now.

The defensive efforts have gone up, and they're repeated efforts; 3 or 4 sprints in one play.

But they're also both kicking and contributing to plenty of goals.

They're probably both in career best form right now, IMO.

Jetta is really looking good. He's one of those 'impact' players that just makes a difference every time he gets the ball. He's now quite an important player for us. On the other hand I was completely wrong about Davey, I thought he was finished, all of a sudden he's back playing with confidence, much cleaner with the ball and an offensive threat again, really doing some great crumbing. Couldn't be happier with this duo.

Saw the title of the thread and this was my immediate reaction. Great to see that the club has been able to get so much more then the glimpses of form we have seen in the past.

More 4 quarter efforts, rather then patches of brilliance. Now, if we could get that from Ryder we would be unstoppable.

Thing I Like is that both are reliable shots for goal - Especially set shots.

Small forwards must make the most of their opportunities.

yep Id completely written Davey off last year. great see him playing with confidence and desire! when we get Hurls back, our 4-prong attack is going to do some major damage!

My GF and I both really love to see them work together to get around defenders to set up shots at goal, they're both brilliant one-out against defenders as well!
