noble is learning the hard way that you cant just abuse people anymore and expect respect and to be listened to. his method of coaching died about 20 years ago, if not longer.

I think that was pretty much broken already. That getting rid of some club stalwarts and putting too much responsability on youth started earlier. But surely he didn't help...

The club was completely dysfunctional, and had been well before he arrived. I’m not defending Neeld as he was a very poor coach, but Norm Smith would have struggled to do much better with that talentless team and the behind the scenes chaos.

North will surely not sack Noble because of win/loss - their list is not very good and is bereft of any decent senior talent to support the younger player. There will be a reason for it other than win/loss if he goes, you'd think.

It’s not all about win-loss but North are struggling to get within 7 goals of other teams at the moment. Doesn’t bode well for Noble.
