Exactly. Our wins have been unimpressive, and not signifying a team on the rise.

Some on this forum, only 2 weeks ago were telling me a win is a win.

Need to stop drinking the kool aid. We are a mediocre football club, not team, the whole club.

Disagree... Bolton was our Hardwick moment (that we needed to do with Ratten)... get him the right support and back him for at least one more season.
 
Judd got hammered for saying don’t want a coach on training wheels.

Teague comes in replacing all the kids for senior body’s takes the pressure off and win some games. We go great he will do. Another great decision and another wasted year.

Judd was right, pressure on and he has gone to shite looks lost. And with that also hasn’t developed our talent.

The club is weak as piss. They hired Teague because of public pressure, did they even interview anyone else?

He went completely off the rails in 2019, and lost the players. His position was untenable.
Teague came in, and we went 6-5. That was the sort of winning percentage we should have had in 19, and didn't get to because of Bolton's coaching (1-10 FFS!).

He had to go. Unfortunately, Teague (and keeping all the assistants) was the wrong choice going into 2020.
 
Set your watch. Let's get another interim coach. We will win 6 or 7 more games for the year. We as supporters will beg to have him, the players will love him and support him, then when it gets a bit hard, the players will desert him and we will call for his head.

reckon they’ll have some decent candidates put up their hand. If Walsh and Harry commit, then with Weitering and then some of the other talent in the team they’ve got something to work with.

it starts with them pointing at Sam Walsh, Silvagni and a couple of others and saying see the effort they put in to the contest? That’s the minimum. If you can’t or won’t do that as your role for the team we have a nice paper here to help you be on your way.

We need a full footy department review.

Who knows if Lloyd is any good? If he's not (and Liddle is not the one to judge), **** him off because it's the most important position.
Likewise, independent review of the rest of the coaches. I'd hazard a guess they should all be cleaned out (not including Power and the other new development coaches).

We've got most of the talent we need. Just have to get them playing as a team with a sustainable game plan.

I don’t buy Ross Lyon as being a great anything. Maybe a great fraud.
 
Independent review of footy dept. needed. Full cleanout needed with assistants. As for DT, I feel time is up but I think give him the next 10 games to see what happens. If it’s as dismal as it’s been, he goes. And the process for the next coach is as absolutely professional as it can be without no influence from board or playing group due to popularity. And if players don’t like that, they can go too.
