I know someone that hates day light saving time. I don't know why, day light saving is great.

Wouldn't say I hate it, but I don't like it as much as I use to.

Don't mind the eastern states having it so the market opens earlier at 7am, can get a decent look at it for half an hour before leaving for work.

i drove today and went from 10:50 when i left home in qld, to aldi in nsw 20 mins away and got there at 12:10. shopped and was home at 11:40

An old friend from school lives in QLD and had flown down to Sydney across the long weekend earlier in the year when we gained an extra hour.

Due to her not losing the hour at the beginning of summer (due to being in QLD), has she essentially lived an hour more than most?
