Must be getting close to each player having their own coach now.

He's a very good addition and will be popular with the players.

He's a great asset when he can focus on a few specific areas, rather than be burdened with a holistic approach. As he's rather thorough and enjoys a personal touch, this deminished with the Dees.

Glad to have him on board.
