This is the thing that amazes me. These clowns are paid huge amounts of cash to do this job, and they paid Oliver that contract knowing his issues, Gus a lengthy contract knowing his issues, Viney an extension knowing the cliff was coming fast, Goodwin a contract extension knowing the same issues weren't being addressed, rolling out the same game plan with the same players knowing the game was moving away fast from a contest/defence game, didn't jump at the Petty offer from Adelaide, didn't trade Oliver knowing his issues and contract were going to divide the club etc etc etc.
