May had a great game but has been really poor recently not sure he has the right to mouth off at Gawn who's been good all year. Anyway at the end of the day we shot ourselves in the foot earlier in the game when we dominated and couldn't put it on the board. Then at the end plenty of opportunities going forward and completely stuffed up with rushed kicks. Collingwood took their opportunities when they had them and were more composed in the end. Thing is we have no excuse because this team is experienced enough.

This is my pet peeve and has been for many years. But for a while we've been a team that does this shit, appealing to the umpires like it's cricket. Play the ****ing ball, like i love you Kozzy but fmd stop umpiring and chase him down. This is what we are and what we have been for a while. I don't like to pick out one player when it's a whole team of individuals that does this shit week in and week out

What makes it worse is when players with time and space still panic kick the ball into the F50 AND some of those players are highly experienced and paid.

Collingwood must love playing us, because they beat us the same way every single time. Just absorb the pressure, back their key backmen to handle the rushed dump kicks we deliver to our forwards, then slingshot it back to an open forward line for an easy score.

As others have said, can't fault the effort there, but we never looked like we were going to get over the line. Composure from senior players really lacking at the end, and while Collingwood made a few errors as well they always looked like the knew what they needed to do to get the job done. There have been moments this season where it looked like we were on the path to evolving our style a little bit, but today was just yet another example of exactly the same sort of football we've been putting out for the last two three years. A one point loss to Collingwood is nothing to be ashamed of, but Jesus Christ it's frustrating when we keep losing in exactly the same way for exactly the same reasons for multiple years.

I don't think you need to point out when someone **** ups and loses the game, you know when you **** up like that. Mouthing off doesn't resolve or do anything, but if you want to bring it up do it constructively later in the review
