I'm up early again so here we go. I'm heading off to the 2nds North Adelaide game today so hopefully I'll get back from there in time for the 1st bounce.
I'll try and keep an eye on some of our up and comers and post that later on .
As for the afl side, simply a must win if we are to contend this year. This board has been very negative in the last 2 weeks but personally I don't think we're all that far off. Today may determine that. Special interest will be on Tex, JJ, and Gibbs to respond.

Alice, I think. That was one of the most pathetic Crows games I've ever seen.

Good to see you out of hibernation!

I expect us to play the angriest mongrellest football we have ever played this year. JJ and Gibbs to bulldoze their opponents and be handy players. Tex will lift for his special game, hopefully commemorating a 400th goal special.

Dees are showing plenty of cracks this year but will lift a cog also playing against us. If we really want to go far this year, then it’s a must win.

It’s clear up to round 10 we aren’t top 4 material. We still can crack the top 4 by the bye round though. Also Eagles are currently top 4 and we lost to them by a small margin, not by inability but by poor goal kicking. It’s still game on.

When West Coast lost Judd they got Kennedy, when Danger left we got Menzel. Let that sink in. That’s on Noble.

That’s what Richmond said about playing North last night only they were talking top 4. It’s footy. Anything can happen....but this is what will happen.

We’ll struggle to match Dees opening emotion-fueled 15-20 minutes, after that we’ll settle and give them the belting they so richly deserve.

Sounds very negative but this is what I want to see today:

- Bryce Gibbs to extract the digit and actually put 100% effort in defensively and offensively. Hope he watched Higgins play last night because that's what our high priced recruit should be doing every week.
- Tex to go at the ball strongly, go for marks with both hands, and not allow easy marks to his opponent
- Jenkins...time to walk the walk
- B Crouch...to actually use his 30+ touches constructively without panic, poor decision making and sloppy skills.
- Gallucci to look like a 1st rounder and not a bust
- Talia, Hartigan and Kelly to give very easy, quick, obvious disposals to someone else who can use it properly

Said it all year Tex is the missing key aswell as if sauce and talia were playing well, no Sauce tex Down and talia struggling
