Close of bidding is the same time as the deadline for being under the salary cap and list size, but you can delist for PSD picks after that if you want, and the last 68 hours is only for current clubs to respond to bids so that's pretty much after bidding finishes.

Not sure what reasoning there is. I guess you could argue with Hayes, a lack of motivation (in reality, of course) saw him delisted. Owen delisted due to injury. The other two were delisted by their respective clubs.
