Stumpy Pete you are a champion. I wouldnt have looked for Dexter torrents until they started on tv in the US. Just downloaded the first two episodes. One of my favourite shows.

I've heard good things about this show. A crime show where the "investigator/good buy" is a serial killer I think is the general plotline? Makes a change from the dull-as-dog-shit-formula shows like CSI. I'll get around to downloading it some day.

For those of you who don't know, Dexter will be airing from December 6 on Foxtel's new channel "Showcase", it will start from Season 1.

Dl'd the first episode, really enjoyed. I might try and order the DVD's instead of dling them all (only get 12gb a month). Looks like a really cool show.

It reminds me a little of Mr Brooks (in theme not content)...if you haven't seen this then I suggest you DL it ASAP. Dexter is one seriously screwed up individual. Makes for compelling veiwing.

I'd give the whole show 6.5/10. Took me a while to decide whether I liked it or not and the thing that kept me watching in the early days was Sgt Dokes. The dude just makes me laugh.

they have lots of full season torrents in small sizes
also lots of seeders so its a pretty quick download

120mb is still enough memory to encode good quality episodes....... the new codecs have pretty good filters nowadays.
it doesn't have that dvd quality look of a 350mb encode but its still better than an analogue tv rip and its widescreen.

Well I guess I was right in the end, btw I didn't watch the episode and then say that, I had only watched up until episode 7, I had not seen Episode 8, and I couldn't have watched the episode anyway as I was at the movies.
