Just heard on foxsports that Didak may be in some doubt for anzac day clash, due to a hammy injury.

He has been having troubles since round 2, and it explains his below par performance on Friday night.

Hope he comes up, but I'd rather see them rest him then play him if he is carrying an injury, he isnt one of those players that can play well with injuries.

No use playing him if he's injured.

if dids was to go out I'd play caff, cook or stanners don't think sidebottom ready for afl (just an opinion) and wellingham doesn't impresses me.

Kind of good to hear there may be a reason for his less than spectacular performance on Friday night. If injured rest him a get him right so he can be damaging to the opposition. We can cover the kind of contribution we got from him on Friday.

Not happy to hear that, I hope Alan won't be out for too long.

Bring Rusty in for the meantime, I say.

Brad Dick kicked 4 in the VFL and has played some footy this year, plus on Anzac Day before - He'd have to be a chance if Alan's out.

Cook and Rusty would be the other couple I'd consider.

I for one will be distraught if he is out next week! Not coming all the way over from Perth to see my favourite player sit it out!

Did he sit out any of the last quarter through injury? Maybe he can be nursed through in the forward pocket if he is not 100% fit - that would be better than 3 touches from Brad Dick IMO.

Maybe , but tearing the thing fully , missing 4 weeks and chronic risk for rest of year would be worse

Will be medical decision but caution with hamstrings is always wise

Kinda ironic and sad that both Shaw and Didak have beed afflicted in a season when both wanting to have big years and have put in big pre seasons

Sadly, I disagree, he needs to be rested if the hammy complaint is true, because we have a 6-day break until NM the following Friday night. It'd be hell on my SC team, especially after his shocking 27 this weekend which really cost me.

Apparently he did sit out the last quarter, but I personally can't remember. I'd rather have Dick's 10 possessions because at least we're gauranteed 6-7 more tackles from Dick, which could be the difference against the Bombers in the forward line.

Didak has got tightness in his hammy, that's why he was taken off as a precuationary measure.Still better to be rested and bring in another player.
Also heard rumour that heater had hammy problems as well, may not be back for another 2 weeks.
