More importantly though i hope its nothing more than a better safe than sorry scenario and that he'll be fine for sydney...but losing out most creative player and our best inside player for one game doesnt instill me with confidence.

Apparently Melbourne are losing Jones, to go along with McDonald and Sylvia.

To be honest, we should still win and win well, to prove we're up to only such a minor test. One player out gives us the opportunity to experiment a little bit, but you'd never see an out like Rooke/Ablett/Johnson etc ever worry the Cats.

And remember, I think they've still lost Pettard when he did well against us in Rd. 2. We really should beat an undermanned Melbourne regardless of our outs.
