I like the way 'Refresh' is in upper case, you know that makes it an important message.

Surely DO NOT sounds more alarming than "Do not" - which sounds more like "Please, pretty please, dont hit refresh, OK?"

The message has been coming up heaps today

It also came up about 6 times before being able to reply to this thread!! (make that 15 now.....)

"Do not" sounds like someone is going to appear and rap me over the knuckles with a piece of bamboo every time the mouse pointer moves towards 'refresh'.

How about:

"C'mon guys, I know you're hanging out to do it, but please don't hit REFRESH OK? I mean.. good God!"

It seems everyone does the oppostie to waht it says so how about:

"Hit Refresh...go on...i dare you to...hit refresh and lets see what happens"

or maybe there could be some sort of threat involved:

"Hit refresh and your dog gets it"
