Fitness >> Craig Starcevich (Brisbane Roar formerly Brisbane Lions + a favorite son)

Conditioning >> David Misson (StKilda formerley Swans) I think (??)

Tactical Coach >> ALA Malthouses idea with Rodney Eade, any suggestions??

Ruck Coach >> Any ideas?? Who was responsible for the rucks at WC??

Development Coach >> Any suggestions??

My perfect team would be;

Fitness >> An Olympic Athletic Coach

Conditioning >> Adelaide's Conditioning coach (no idea of name)

Tactical Coach >> Scott Burns, supposed to be a football genius

Ruck Coach >> Jeff White, recently retired, understands new rules

Development Coach >> Gavin Brown, seems great with the kids

With that in mind, you could employ an Olympic athletic coach to maybe over see all fitness and conditioning, but Scott Burns is one we should be after next year if he doesnt get a senior job, Josh Fraser has been quoted as saying Burns has the "smartest" football brain he has ever been around.:thumbsu:

The suggestion has a lot more merit than most are giving credit for. Whatever he ahs and hasn’t done at various clubs he has a bank of knowledge on players, game plans and tactics to counter them. He has different ideas to Malthouse and the experience to be prepared to debate them with him. He would be a good resource for Gavin Brown and could assist the forward scouts. If we went with Buckley next year he could be a valuable experienced aide and sounding board.

I wouldn’t let him anywhere near list management. He is a proven failure in that regard. I don’t much like the bloke and I don’t like the way he left Hawthorn, then Richmond and then The Dogs on bad terms. I suspect he looks out for number. Regardless he has a fair bit to offer a club that is willing to take input.

He would certainly be worth using as a consultant for tactics and knowledge on other clubs. He is good at thinking outside the box, so the idea is not as silly as it sounds.

I don't think it sounds as ridiculous either, could be a bit of merit to it. However I think the possibility of him working in any kind of capacity next season would be very thin, say what you want about him but the merry go round that is Richmond would burn out ther best of people and surely he would need a bit of a breather..

I am thinking he A: will get hutchies job :thumbsu: and

B: Mick has it all sussed and dosent need anymore help:thumbsu:

NO. they've spent 10 years resurrecting the collingwood football club, why go for someone who has been proven by his stint at the tigers to take a club backwards?

I think Dimmatina summed Wallace up best when he said he is a "great salesman" but probably not the greatest tactician.

So unless our Sales and Marketing department need help, I dont think there is room for Wallace at our club.
