Just watching the reception Warner got last night when he came out to bat was thinking is it time this summer we finally got stuck into the Poms when they come over here? Especially people like Broad?

How is it a bogan thread? It isn't just Warner it has been aimed at over the years, and it has definitely had an influence on our players previously so why not give it back?

because you want to get ugly as a crowd. This is cricket, its a gentlemans game. If you want to go yell abuse at someone go to AFL games and join the bogans.

Its not really possible when a far higher proportion of the crowds here will be English than is the case wit Australians in the crowds there. Basically, only tour groups and Australians living in the UK can get tickets for Tests in England. That's not the case for the English coming here, especially at the larger venues which don't quite sell out even on the biggest day - and certainly not by days three and four.

That said, someone penning a few songs about Broad would not go astray.

I dont see what the big deal is, Its just a bit of fun so they get stuck into Warner who really cares as long as it dosent go too far its fine.

Also am i missing something we have got stuck into players when they have come here to play plenty of times, so i dont think the ENG fan are doing anything that we havent before.

What does upset me is people blaming the umps on the reason Aus are lossing, calling players cheats and now moaning about warner treatment, We are fast becoming the new ENG who just moan and whinge about everything.

The team needs to start sledging and being arseholes, ASAP, and the admin need to make a huge fuss about the constant rotation of English bowlers within a days play - it's a disgrace.

As for the pommy crowds, they're good. Warner behaved like a dickhead, so they treated him like one - fair play.

Yes. We need to boo them, heckle them, cheer unashamedly when the DRS goes against them, and laugh at them when they say they are still a chance after going 2-0 down.

Pretty much generally just give them back everything they've been giving us for the last 4 weeks.

And Broad should get booed everytime he comes on to bat or bowl throughout the series. For every series. For the rest of his career.

One of the things I most remember from the 1989 ashes was the edge border brought to the team. He didn't give a single **** if we pissed people off - we were there to win the ashes not friends and that attitude became entrenched through our run if success
