Cant really blame other supporters under-rating Richmond, lets face it, the last 10 years they've gone down a slump but I am hoping that Richmond proves all these other supporters wrong and can become a ladder climber, I hope they don't finish anywhere below the bottom 5, because if they do its just shows that they've got a lot more work to do.

I do expect Tigers to be out of the top 13, but in saying that, I hope I'm wrong, dead wrong on that, because its about damn time the Tigers actually showed a bit of roar.

ever get that feeling that this year will be our toughest? i sure do

we seroulsy overrate our players ... if the player played like the way we state they can we should be a top 8 side.

we will need a serious boost in free agency because who will be our foundation for our youth to give them that winning style of play??

How can you say this, the coach and his team implement the style of play, you can't just poach players and have a winning style of play ( except carlton )

Realistic goals this year.

Let's hope we first match last years 6 wins then go from there.

I didn't expect 6 wins after the start we had last year.

Carlton should beat us but they are a few years ahead in development.

Next year we should knock em off no worries but I'll be hoping we have a real crack against The Visy Tankers round one.

Just enjoy the ride and don't take the losses that hard.

Even When MT and I were at Skilled Stadium watching Richmond get done by Geelong,we still could see the glimmer of light.

I have faith this time.

FWIW,last year ,even though it was doom and gloom early on,the rest of the season felt more enjoyable to me for a long time.

We didn't rely on all the old players getting us to wins.

Six wins with kids and Cuz.

If you aren't happy about Richmond atm ,you aren't a true Richmond supporter.

All we can do is pump more funds into the club so while every Veruca SAlt in the country is laughing at us,WE are growing stronger and stronger.

We have the best supporters in the league by a long,long way so let's use our powers and pump funds into Tigerland and make our great club as strong as possible.

I get the feeling we have a much stronger side then we did last year mainly because we have cut off some dead weights.

Cuz was great
Andy Collins was handy

but then we had hislop(rookie list but unlikely to play), mcmahon, polak, polo, roberts, simmonds(body was finished), thomson and tambling who all were pretty much useless last year.

So now those players have been replaced with 5 solid draft picks, houli and grigg. The players who mainly played ahead of those guys last year have gained a year of experience, a year in the weights room and a year under DH.

We still have a few players who may end up being dead weights by the end of the year but they are unlikely to receive too much game time if they don't improve. In other words this year we will be playing a stronger team from day 1 and will have pressure for spots coming from Coburg that should ensure our better players do not become complacent.
