I hear if you exercise to much your age a lot quicker especially in your face is this true for people over 30 or even younger.

Clarify what you saying as i don't know what you mean.I hear reports your age quicker in your looks.You may get healthier body and fit and risk of diseae is lower but it takes a toll on your appearance. I noticed sport players look older then their age.I remember seeing Shane Warne at 36 with heaps of wrinkles.This Study agrees below.

I dont think that was from over exercising :rolleyes:

Might have something to do with standing out in the sun all day and smoking.
 
Take example of our greatest footballer who is 27 he looks a lot older in looks.I think the harsh Australian climate doesn't help also.

Yes it might.

There was this guy once, a cooky scientist, who discovered that lowering his metabolism reduced the aging process. He achieved this by minimising his food intake and physical exercise.

Wouldn't it follow that raising your metabolism would accelerate aging?
 
i once had a pet quicker, he looked very aged.
