I noticed sport players look older then their age.I remember seeing Shane Warne at 36 with heaps of wrinkles.This Study agrees below.Trying too hard and failed.

I see people who are bigger who have more youthful looks but their bodies not so great.I reckon those who are 40+ at the gym look younger on average.
So, no.
Looks that way you just need the botox after.so exercising makes you feel better/younger but makes look older/crustier.
