Does it REALLY exist?

Down the bottom of the web page, for the board, there is a little red envelope that says it is there for when a thread reaches 20 replies or 150 views.

Does it really exist? has anyone ever seen it? CAN SOMEONE PLZ EXPLAIN IT

thats for when a thread gets 20 replies, or 150 reveiews BETWEEN you viewing it

ie 20 NEW posts or 150 NEW views, not just 20 posts or 150 views
