He's had a bit of second year blues but that was a breakout game. He doesn't have Sam Darcy's skill, who does, but his agility and closing speed are an absolute weapon. Plus he's a great kick for goal and has his dad's mongrel traits.

It was a great win. Some young players standing up was good to see. But we should still be realistic about our coach ffs.

Did he make the hawks kick 1.11 in the second half? When 3.9 would’ve won it? Come on.

Newcombe with 37 and probably two votes, three if they had won.
