It was a great win. Some young players standing up was good to see. But we should still be realistic about our coach ffs.

You didnt notice the complete change in mindset and how we played the game after half time.

If thats not driven directly from teh coaches. I don't know what is.

Did he make the hawks kick 1.11 in the second half? When 3.9 would’ve won it? Come on.

Sure. But he wasn't near the influence he was after we gained control after half time. So no 3 votes for him. He can console himself with 2. And we can rub ourselves silly with the 4 that actually matter.

This is why we continue to be mid-table and not contending. Sugar rushes of these wins covering over the issues.

We currently sit 5th. A long way from mid-table.

If winning 4 out of our last 5 is a sugar rush. Then mainline RedBull straight into my veins.

Great win.. I thought the umpiring was pretty poor, how was that not HTB against impey in the last? Hawks will call out the non mark to Lewis but we got probably a worse non mark call about 5 mins earlier around the 50 m mark, attacking goal

Sellwood looks like an actual decent defender which is nice for a change

Very pleased to see some grit & determination in the 2nd half.

I was ready to turn it off at half time, glad I didnt.

Once we started getting the clearances it made a huge difference.

The problem is that the Hawks are a target rich environment of insufferable campaigners.

He did a good post game interview, he said getting in their heads is a part of his game. He knows he will cop flak for it but won’t change.

The Wiz had 2 disposals after 1/2 time so Sellwood did more than just play a good game, negated one of the most dangerous small forwards in the game.
