I thought it deserved it's own thread because there's some powerful stuff in there and it makes me so proud of him, and the club, and the players.

I acknowledge it was a good speech and it did make sense. However, we take the inspiration and we move on.

I was overflowing with emotion toward the end of that video particularly the bit "Warning: Unresponsive script" "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." then shortly after that "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed" well I was a complete mess.

While sometimes you scratch your head at some of the selections, I've always seen and hoped that he'll be at Freo well past this contract. This is the man that drove standards, that allowed us the opportunity to experience what it even feels like to support this club so close to success, to even have a slip of arrogance and pride in the club we support and not be apologetic for it because we believe in what Ross has done. Whatever happens from here, this man set the platform and for that he's a Freo legend in my eyes. Great speech Ross and full confidence in next season!
