EA Sports new Cricket Game being released in 2019, seems to be stealing alot of the My Career stuff, could make the Cricket Gaming world very Interesting with DBC no having some serious competition, I wonder what this means for Ross and Big Ant?

Funny. Give up on cricket because there's no market, DBC comes in and sells shit tons, then get back on the wagon. Not sure how much of a threat to DBC they'll be, the last EA game only had 4 licensed teams anyway. But there will always be people who will buy EA purely because it's EA.

EA had a down hill run with cricket games, I know some preferred the 07 release, I felt they reached their peak with cricket 2005. I remember being excited with cricket 2000 after wc 99.... but it was an automated mess (might have been able to hit the occasional single... never hit 2s or 3s but 4s and 6s virtually every ball).

DBC is $77 at eb right now.

If you want the best creations on the community you are best to go to Academy>Teams>Get Best and download each league you wish to get the best creations from the community on.

For career, the stats fixes can't fix existing incorrect data, but will make sure data is correct going forward.

Averaging 144 with the bat, 18 with the ball, dropped for my 4th club game.

It's forcing me to simulate, but simulating "will disable progress towards certain achievements for this season".

I would actually quite like to earn achievements this season.

Ever since the patch in my career I can't set my field, every time I do it just goes to a random field setting after I go back to the game.

This is game breaking for me, I'm getting stuck with shit computer generated field placings that are horrible.

Even when I pick an "acceptable" preset field it doesn't even set it, it just generates random crap fields.

I figured out after you bowl one ball, it goes back to normal and lets you edit the field as usual.

Still irritating though.

Try holding L2 or R2 before you run in to bowl.

Have you had the one where you field the ball, hit the stumps with the non-striker still not back in his crease after wandering down as the bowler bowls and when you appeal nothing happens?

Haven't had that one.

I've had one where I'm the striker and they've gone to the third umpire for a stumping that's not out and I end up at the non-strikers end afterwards.

Just had a massive edge where the ball hit the bat halfway up and went to third slip only for it to be called not out.

I review and clearly see the ball hit the edge of the bat yet no hot spot shows up and it's not out.

The sheer stupidity of this is mind-boggling.
