What are everyone's thoughts on how the top ten will round itself out this season?

Here's my top ten from the D&T board:

1. Watts (self-explanatory)
2. Naitanui (WCE may believe that Nat's potential is too high to pass up)
3. Rich (Freo will jump straight at Rich)
4. Ziebell (I'm going for a left field selection here)
5. Sidebottom (Will pass on Hurley, Sidebottom adds class to Bombers middle)
6. Hurley (Carlton will develop Hurley as a forward)
7. Yarran (Vossy will love this bloke)
8. Vickery (Tigers get their man)
9. Hartlett (North will jump at Hartlett)
10. Trengove (Adelaide will pick best available tall)

That's my top ten and it is basically just a stab in the dark :thumbsu:

This is probably not what I expect to happen, I just thought I'd mix it up a bit as the draft usually thows up surprises anyway.

Would Blease be in your preferred order ?

Also, do you think WCE would be tempted to see Naitinui as a logical replacement for Cox in about 3-4 years time when he is fully developed ?

I don't think Blease did enough during the last 6 TAC Cup games to push himslef into the top 10. He was rather ordinary in a few games where Rangers needed him to stand up.

As far as Naitinui goes yes West Coast will probably discuss him and are a chance of picking but word has it they are very keen on Rich as well.

I think Port will really shape it in whether or not they go with Tyrone Vickery, unless of course Fremantle and West Coast get nervous with Naitanui.

I agree

I think that Watts/Rich/Naitanui are most likely the top three

Port IMO are going to choose between Ziebell/Hurley/Vickery

Mark Williams watched one or 2 games played by Murray Bushrangers at the end of the season.

I assume he was watching Sidebottom or Ziebell.

I agree with you there :thumbsu:

1. MELB: Watts
2. WCE: Rich (because WC are greedy and narrow minded and won't realise they'll need Naitanui in 2010)
3. FREO: Trengrove (yes it's a long shot, but I just can't see freo risking N.N.)
4. PORT: Vickery
5. ESS: Hatlett
6. CARL: Naitanui
7. BRIS: Ziebell
8. RICH: Sidebottom
9. NM: Swift
10. ADEL: Hurley

Like others have said this probably wont happen, but I just have a feeling N.N. wont be top 5. Too risky considering lots of clubs seem to be after 'AFL ready' because of GC17 & etc
