Draft or Dollars.

Imagine the AFL allowed the fans to decided to future of the way in which clubs recruited players. They gave every fan the chance to choice between maintaining the current draft system, or to allow the clubs to follow the structure of European soccer teams, clubs employing apprentices, and allowing the clubs to entice players with big money contracts; which way would you like to see the AFL go?

I dont like the priority pick system but the draft is still much better than allowing dollars to determine everything, ideally the afl would instigate the same system as the NBA (bball) whereby coming last does not necessarily assure you of the best pick. The European soccer system would not be ideal for our game, as new fledging clubs would never get a look in...
