Ok, so i was looking through Bostons old drafts, they draft come good players who aren't with the team today. So i though, who'd have the best team just from picks they chose.

Can't imagine Portland's being very good, although we've built through the draft, the guys we've actually drafted are not much (Rush, Dorsey, Telfair, McRoberts)
Then there's some decent guys like Outlaw and Oden. And did we draft L.A/Roy or did we draft Foye/Thomas

Rondo was technically drafted by the Suns, but it was under instruction from Ainge and the Celtics. I would say for the point of this exercise, draft day swaps would count for the team they ended up with.

Actually the Bulls drafted LA and sent him to the Blazers for Tyrus Thomas, and didnt the blazers draft Foye and send him to the Wolves for Roy?

McHale was in charge then yeah? Shouldnt be allowed back in the state for that.

Roy actually is in a pretty good group drafted and then traded by the Wolves. Along with Ray Allen and OJ Mayo.

Incorrect. Minnesota drafted Brandon Roy... and I hate to this day he was traded for Foye
