I am so bad at picking a captain its not funny, last year my captain average was 75, including 3 times they got injured in games

I normally go for Key Forwards because they can sacore massively 100-150's
EG
Brown vs Carlton
Pavlich vs Carlton
Cox vs Carlton
Mids seem to never score large hundreds 100-130 (not including bartel)

Pavlich dominates against them although he kills the bombers as well.
I would never put a captain against my own team.

So I guess you had him when he came off injured against the Swans? That was so harsh.

About three years ago I had Goodes as my captain againast the Eagles. He got injured in the ruck contest against Cox and sat out the rest of the game. He had a total of 1 point (hitout) for the game and as my captain, 2 overall. How stiff is that?

and that was in the day wen u get 8trades per year and had to wait like 6 weeks before we could trade him and his price halfed in the next month

Otherwise, if you reckon he's in for a bigg'un, Brown.
Lade looks terribly out of place in that list by the way.

All are viable captains on their day but from that list i'd probably go with Brown or Ablett...
