Inept hiring. Cheaped out on one of the most important positions of the football department. Hired 2 x second in charges (meehan with us and serpell with geelong). Need to hire someone who is at the top of the game.

But you don’t know that they didn’t use a recruiter? Most jobs are posted on LinkedIn and others and also use a recruiter.
